Deep Root Within!

One of the gravest dangers in our spiritual journey of life is to fall into the trap of "auto salvation"- the conviction that we are capable of saving ourselves with heroic moral effort! When we look at life from this perspective- it results in strengthening the very ego and pride that we hope to overcome! "Sin is not a weakness we can overcome, but a condition from which we have to be saved!" We must relax and surrender to God's Will and Way-we are not alone or on our own! Take time away from the cacophony of noise that surrounds us - to sit quietly in God's Presence, Read His Word, LISTEN to His Voice..."Silence allows God's Word to take Deep Root Within!"  Breathe in the Holy Spirit exhale Everything else! Quit trying so hard, as we learn to Relax in His Loving, Supporting arms! Love and prayers! ✝️
