God or “other”?

This season of Lent is a time to entrust ourselves more deeply, and trust fully in the Life-Giving Word God is continually speaking to us! This is very challenging because within us is a voice (not from God) which is ALWAYS doubting and asking, “What is this doesn’t work?”  Which voice are we listening to? The “other” voice provides temporary satisfaction, the voice of God provides the promise of Eternal Salvation, lasting Union with God now and forever! We must fill ourselves with His Presence, feeding and fueling ourselves in Good, through Scripture, fasting, praying and serving others! We must Trust and Act on His Word! Nothing may happen at first, but be “stouthearted” Waiting and Trusting in the Lord! The risk and waiting is eternally worth it! The Rewards ARE Out of This World! Love and prayers!!! ✝️!
