Relaxing and Surrendering enables our hearts, minds and souls to be in a posture that is conducive to Hearing and then Following our Lord! We must empty ourselves of our Wants and Desires so that we are able to Receive ALL that God has to offer!! When we realize that we are Loved Constantly, Unconditionally and Perfectly our only response is Gratitude as Joy bubbles from within our very being!
