Be Still!

Each day we must take time to "rest" in the Lord! It is Not a luxury but a necessity! The virtue of rest involves breaking away from the activities of life that wear us dowm and zap our energy! This time gives God a chance to restore, rejuvenate, fill us up and strengthen us! Through rest we have the opportunity to reflect, prioritize our time, as we make space for the more meaningful aspects of our life! "The Glory of God is man fully alive"! God is Calling us to Holiness and Wholeness as we REST in His Presence! Rest is a divine activity, for God rested on the seventh day! Take time today to "Be Still and Know that I Am God"!
