Doing or Being?

Are we more comfortable in doing or in being? Both are. necessary and part of life!  When  it comes to our relationship with God, being with Him is more important than doing for Him! Being with Him, focuses our attention on Him, as it provides opportunity to Listen to Him, to deepen our relationship with Him! Doing for Him focuses more of our attention on the doing than on Him! We learn from quiet time spent with our Lord...doing does not always lead to us spending time with Him! To know someone we must LISTEN to them, to Love someone we MUST Know them! When we spend time with our Lord FIRST He provides Wisdom and Guidance so we can follow His Will in the doing, not our own! May we just Be in His Presence, Listening before we begin any of our "doing" for Him! Be STILL and know that I am God"! Love and prayers! ✝️
