Light or the Heat?

Change is not easy, but it is constantly occurring both internally and externally, physically and spiritually! "Some people will change when they see the light, others when they feel the heat"! We have a tendency to prefer the status quo, to find comfort in what we "know", avoiding change..... which also hinders our growth! We must stay in "tune" with God to ensure we are changing in cooperation with His Grace and Will! Allowing Him to transform us internally and not succumbing to being conformed by our culture! Our response to His Call must ALWAYS bring us closer to Him not further away! When we resist change externally many times we are resisting change internally! Sometimes the plank in our own eye prevents us from allowing  the Grace of the Light of God to give us Clarity and Strength to continue to Change in the "right" direction! The "LIGHT or the "heat"??
