Our Lenten Journey!

As we begin our Lenten journey our focus needs to be on the Lord as He guides, leads and strengthens us! We must "fear the Lord" which is not human fear or dread.... but being in awe of God for ALL that He IS! In awe we recognize that God Who needs nothing, created us so that we can be fulfilled by sharing eternity WITH Him in His Glory! Daily offering up of our difficulties, distractions, annoyances and troubles in sacrifice and thankfulness! Trusting Him keeps us from useless anxiety and obsessing! A grateful heart prevents us from complaining and criticizing! "Crosses release us from this world and bind us to God"! May we walk forward Trusting, Grateful and Offering up all that we say and do!
