When we take the time to "rest" in the Lord, we provide opportunity for Him to Restore, Rejuvenate and Revive our spiritual life! His Holy Spirit permeates our entire being, attuning us to His Movement like a gentle breeze as He Comes and goes! We are then able to respond to the Grace of the moment He gives us! Being open conduits is imperative as He works In and Through us!
