Self-Denial rather than Self-Indulgence!

Daily prayer is our lifeline to God! When we go to Him in all humility and inadequacy...Knowing and acknowledging our NEED for Him, God ALWAYS Hears and Responds! He provides for ALL  our needs, Knowing What they are and When we Need them better than we do ourselves! We must Trust and be willing to risk oneself for something bigger than oneself, for this is authentic Freedom, a Freedom that comes from self-denial rather than self -indulgence! When we open our heart, mind and soul to God the Joy in Him meets the Joy in us! Quiet time with the Lord is mandatory, not an option! "We will never enjoy the sweetness of a quiet prayer unless we shut our mind to All worldly and temporal desires!" Be Willing and Empty as we pray for the Grace to be Open to the "MORE" God Desires for us! Love and prayers! ✝️
