The Paradox of “Power!”

We live in a broken and unsettled world! Our culture has taught us that the powerful succeed; the weak don't! We are taught that "might makes right"! Yet, the more power we have the more power we want. We are never satisfied! In the end those who appear to have external power will die just like those that have no power! Jesus showed us a different way-He allowed Himself to be powerless before His accusers in order to manifest real power through self control, Unconditional Love, and TOTAL Trust in His Heavenly Father! He showed us the power of Forgiveness over retaliation; the power of Love rather than hate and anger! He revealed the paradox of power through the ministry of Service."Learn from me for I am meek and humble of heart"! Our real power is NOT in ourselves but in our God! May we seek power through powerlessness as we Rely and Depend on God-therein lies our Strength! Love and prayers! ✝️❤️
